When determining the appropriate size, it is important to take all stock-size measurements into consideration: Height (cm), Weight (kg), Chest (cm), Waist (cm), and Hips (cm) - see charts below. Measurements refer to body size and not product dimensions.

  • If you are not sure between two stock sizes, we generally find the smaller size option gives a better fit because neoprene is very elastic.
  • If you find a stock size that suits you well except for 1 location (e.g. chest circumference, or waist circumference), we recommend that you add the Size Optimization service to your order.
  • If your measurements do not coincide with one of the stock sizes, Custom Order is available.

TIPS FOR ACCURATE MEASURING: Keep measuring tape snug, but not tight.

CHEST: With arms relaxed at sides, MEN measure around the fullest part of the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades; WOMEN measure around the fullest part of the bust, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.

WAIST: Measure around the smallest circumference at waist.

HIPS: Stand with feet 30 cm (or approximately shoulder width) apart and measure around the largest circumference of hips, usually at crotch height.
