COVID-19: Please note that due to COVID-19, postal services have been affected and delivery time has been longer with unexpected delays. To serve you better, we have sourced worldwide express delivery services during these times. However, circumstances are such that courier prices have increased. 

What is the estimated delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on geographic location, weight and volume of the package. For example, shipping charge for one 3mm full body wetsuit will be 5 USD (to China), 55 USD (to other Asian countries) or 90 USD (to countries outside of Asia).  

When will my order ship?

Small accessories will ship within 2 business days. All wetsuits are made to order. The usual production time can take up to 20 days for a stock size wetsuit and up to 30 days for a custom size wetsuit. We are currently working to increase our production capacity and shorten the lead time. 

If you want to order an item but need it urgently, you can ask for a priority production (depending on availability), which takes 3-5 days. Please contact us by e-mail at order@bestdive.com to see if priority production is currently available for your selected time frame.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our express couriers typically deliver your package during 1-3 business days within Asia and 3-5 business days worldwide outside of Asia.

Do I have to pax taxes for my purchase?

Please note that import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. BESTDIVE is not liable for any local import duties or taxes.

Can I cancel my order?

All paid order are automatically queued for production, please contact us at order@bestdive.com within 24 hours of purchase if you wish to cancel. Upon confirmation of your request, the full transaction value minus a 4.5% transaction & admin fee will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Can I return my item(s)?

Due to the hand made, made to order nature of our products, all products sales are final, we do not offer exchanges or (non warranty) returns on any of our products. For warranty concerns, please see below.

Warranty Terms

If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, you have received a wrong item, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please take photos of both the shipping invoice on the package and of the received order. Send the photos with comments on the discrepancies and/or damage, along with your order number, to order@bestdive.com. Items that are damaged due to improper, excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty. 

We promise to deal with all order discrepancies in the shortest amount of time possible (with consideration of the real production period). In the case of a manufacturing fault, you may choose to receive either a refund or a replacement. In some cases, item(s) should be sent back to our factory for repair. Repair or replacement will be determined at our sole discretion.
